The other Patrick Fitzgerald rocks.

Not talking about the one who Bush and Cheney wish was dead…though I’m sure he’s cool in his own “get your depostion on” sort of way. Fitzgerald I’m talking about is the other one, the web designer/developer.

He’s rocks because he documented an elegant solution to a quite common web accessibility challenge.

Weird Al is still alive…?!

Yea, I’m as just as surprised as you are. I could’ve sworn he shit the bed years ago. But apparently he’s alive, well and chillin’ with Seth Green & Donnie Osmond. And he’s got flow. Who knew?

My sister got married.

Dwight & Pushpa Calendar

Just got back from Barbados, where my sister and brother-in-law live. OBG, Momma Gowda and I spent last week on the island celebrating their Thanksgiving Day wedding. Sun, sand, rum, calypso music, tons of good food. Mucho mas cowbell was had by all.

Photo highlights to be posted soon include Momma G. giving the Lynndie to an 8 foot bottle of Mt. Gay rum, OBG shirtless throwing ninja kicks at a pirate and me modeling a stack of those in-flight neck pillows with Miami International Airport convenience store staff. Oh yea, and wedding pics.

Congratulations to newlyweds Dwight and Pushpa Calendar, and thanks to my new family for not only taking such good care of my sister but also welcoming us into their posse with open arms and wide smiles.

I like go-carts!

Orion and I had a recent discussion about which new-to-market video game console system would be the better buy: the Playstation 3 or the Nintendo Wii. PS3 costs more, but does more, we concluded.

But later that day I came across this in-depth video review from the producers of Apple’s ‘Switch’ television campaign, which provides an articulate and sound analysis of those advantages of Nintendo’s system which I had previously overlooked:

Go cart go vroom.

Daddy like vroom.

Daddy buy Nintendo.
