I never dug these guys before. In fact, I thought they sucked.

But I was listening to Dr. Drew on the radio the other day, with them as guests hosts talking to 15 year olds about the herpes, giving advice on the best methods of fostering a healthy masturbation addiction and playing a couple of tracks from their latest album, Infinity on High.

Now, call me a punk showtune anthem lovin’ Nancy boy, but I’ll be damned if this disc doesn’t seriously fucking crush. These boys are longer & smoother on crunchy chords, wailing guitars, angst fed Broadway lyrics + emo soul metal funk pop hooks than my magnificient high school mullet flowing out the window of that candy red ‘74 Impala: cheesy as they come, but honest nonetheless.
