Beefalo exists.
Beefalo are a fertile hybrid offspring of domestic cattle and the American Bison (generally called buffalo). The breed was created to combine the best characteristics of both animals with a view towards beef production.

I lived on a farm and we raised beefalo. They were tasty and quite well tempered. Contrary to what you might imagine, beefalo look like normal cows but come in colors like red + white, all white, mostly red, brown, tan, etc.
